Student's festival of Privolzhski Federal district « No  to EXTREMISM ! »            

From October, 12 till October, 16th, 2009 interuniversity student's Festival Privolzhskogo of Federal district takes place in Samara « to EXTREMISM - is not present! » . The festival is spent under home nursing of National antiterrorist committee of FSB of Russia on the basis of the Samara state university at support of the Government of the Samara area, the Samara Provincial Duma and Public Chamber of the Samara area. The purpose of Festival is increase of interest of students to a problem of necessity of decrease of interethnic and interconfessional tension in Volga federal district of the Russian Federation, prompting of participants of Festival actively to join in discussion of the specified problem, development of offers on counteraction of ideology of religious extremism and terrorism. The festival is held for association of efforts of the youth organizations, bodies of the government, higher educational institutions, students in the decision of problems of religious extremism and terrorism, and also strengthening of patriotism and a civil liability in the student's environment. During Festival carrying out of some « round tables » with participation of representatives of bodies executive and legislature, leaders of national diasporas and representatives of the basic religious faiths, the student's organizations directed for discussion of various approaches (historical, legal, sociological, psychological, culturological, information, etc.) to a problematics of preventive maintenance of terrorism is planned; forms, ways and methods of formation in student's community of antiterrorist outlook. On round tables methods of work in sphere of counteraction to terrorism, extremism, xenofobia in the student's environment will be considered; of ways of the decision of a problem interethnic break a set. Besides during Festival carrying out of the photo-exhibition, the open lectures on problems of the prevention interethnic and international conflicts, meetings with known people, the Internet-conference with participants of Festival « the World to Caucasus is supposed! », Solemn opening and closing of Festival. For participation in all actions of Festival members of Student's coordination council of Privolzhski  federal district Russian Federation, and also representatives of students and a management of high schools of the Samara area, leaders of the youth organizations and movements, spiritual leaders of the basic faiths, representatives of diasporas, representatives of power structures, legislative and executive authority, sociologists, political scientists, psychologists, lawyers, etc.are invited.
